Every THUG SWIM piece is produced in limited runs and made to be worn close to the body, so for hygiene, quality, and production reasons, all sales are final.
That said, we want you to feel good before you hit checkout. Our goal is not to make ordering stressful. It is to help you find the right piece, the right size, and the right fit before it ships.

Because all sales are final, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, fit, color preference, or ordering the wrong item.
When Something Is Wrong On Our End
We stand behind every order. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@thugswim.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage. Our team will review the issue and help with the next steps.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thugswim.com. We will work quickly to correct the mistake with a replacement or, where appropriate, a refund.
