Return Policy

All purchases are considered final sale. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing checkout, as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. In certain cases, requests may be reviewed individually to determine whether a return or alternative solution may be possible. Again, while our policy is final sale, we are happy to assist in the following situations:

      Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify our customer support team within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist with a resolution.

      Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will work quickly to correct the mistake by arranging a replacement or issuing a refund when appropriate.

Shipping Policy

Our team processes orders Monday through Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once shipped an email with tracking will be sent. Orders that have been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
